• Usage data: token counts, model names, request types, timestamps, and estimated costs for cloud features.
• Payment data: processed by Razorpay; we store order IDs and payment status, not full card numbers.
• Desktop local data: settings, session notes, job description, and CV text stay on your device unless you use Ghostbar Cloud.

3. How We Use Information

We use your data to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Enforce usage quotas and prevent abuse.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

4. Data Sent to AI Providers

When you use Ghostbar Cloud:

• Your questions and context (accessibility text, optional screenshots, session notes) are transmitted to OpenAI and/or Anthropic based on your model selection.
• These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
• Context is collected only when you initiate an ask — not continuously in the background.

5. Data Storage and Security

• Server data is stored in secured infrastructure with access controls.
• Desktop session context remains local unless you use cloud mode.
• We implement reasonable technical measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Retention

• Account and billing records are retained while your account is active and as required for tax and legal compliance.
• Usage ledger entries may be retained for analytics and dispute resolution.
• You may request account deletion by contacting support@ghostbar.app.

7. Cookies and Local Storage

• The website uses local storage for authentication tokens and device IDs.
• We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

8. Your Rights

• Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data.
